Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Studiyo, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Studiyo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. Studiyo is a study tool

Studiyo provides tools for independent SAT preparation, including practice, vocabulary, progress tracking, and optional AI-assisted study support. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. Studiyo does not guarantee any score, admission outcome, or educational result.

3. Accounts and responsible use

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly notify us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, scrape or bulk-export content, or use Studiyo to violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

4. Content and intellectual property

Studiyo and its original software, design, and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for your own lawful study purposes. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or create a competing service from Studiyo content without written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, passages, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. You must not upload material that you do not have the right to use. We may remove content or limit access when needed to address rights, safety, or operational concerns.

5. AI-assisted features

Some study features may generate hints, questions, explanations, or vocabulary exercises. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as study support, not as authoritative academic, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Check important work independently and do not submit sensitive personal information in AI-related prompts or notes.

6. Paid plans

If you purchase a paid plan, pricing, billing interval, and included features are presented before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless a plan states otherwise, paid access continues through the paid period and may be canceled before the next renewal. Taxes and refunds are handled as required by applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Studiyo available and useful, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or end. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

8. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Studiyo is provided without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Studiyo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
